However due to the delay at the custom, my designated driver had to pick up another customer and I was directly contacted again by the company with the phone number of the new driver designated to pick me up. The new driver called me straight away to make arrangement where to meet and everything went smoothly until I got home. Driver was friendly and helpful with the luggage.
