  • Ik moest heel erg lang wachten op mijn koffer die pas na ruim een half uur gevonden werd. De chauffeur was aan de telefoon erg vriendelijk en hij heeft geduldig gewacht tot ik eindelijk op kwam dagen. Door het lange wachten was hij gedwongen om dwars door de avondspits te rijden en hij bleef vriendelijk. Dat voelde voor mij erg goed! Anjo Adriani
