Departure to Schiphol Airport
We will pick you up from your holiday address with all your luggage and deliver you right in front of the departure terminal at Schiphol. For international flights you need to be at Schiphol Airport 3 hours in before the flight leaves. For European flights this is 2 hours. Schiphol Airport is very busy throughout the year, and therefore also the roads to and from Schiphol. So please always take some extra time in account, especially during morning and evening peak traffic and school holidays.

Pick-up at Schiphol Airport
It is crucial for our pick-up procedure to have correct and complete mobile phonenumbers (including the countrycode) and flightnumbers. Please fill in the expected landing time of the flight as the pick up time for the driver. The driver will keep track of this flight and will contact you after landing. You will have the name, mobile number, vehicle type and license plate of your driver. So you can keep in direct contact and will always find each other at the airport. When you call or send a message when you are ready (with your luggage) to go, the driver will make sure that he will be waiting for you at Departures 3 (upstairs) door D on the taxi lane.
Luggage
Traveling to/from Schiphol Airport almost always means extra luggage. Please take the amount of passengers and type of luggage into account when selecting your vehicle type. In the overview below we are referring to regular size suitcases. Carry on luggage are considered bags that can be stalled below the feet or on your lap if needed. When you are with fewer passengers, possibly a seat can be taken down in order to bring more luggage or odd size luggage.
Car/sedan: Up to 4 passengers and 2 check-in luggage + 2 carry-on luggage
Stationwagon: Up to 4 passengers and 4 check-in luggage + 2 carry-on luggage
Taxibus: Up to 8 passengers and 7 check-in luggage + 4 carry-on luggage

1. Check your details / Amendments / Cancellations
Please, make sure your mobile phone number (including prefix) and your flight number are both correct. We should be able to reach you upon your arrival. Change of plans? Or is some of your personal information incorrect? No problem! Use the link in the confirmation e-mail to change your details. You will not be charged for cancellations if you cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time.
2. Meeting Point: How and where can I find my driver at the Airport?
Please, check your flight number and mobile phone number (including prefix) in your order confirmation so our taxi driver can call or text you upon your arrival (we receive the updated flight information from Schiphol Airport).
Meeting Point at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is: Departures 3 (upstairs) Door D.
Please, note, if you fail to meet within the time limit of one hour (after arrival) or make contact with our office or our driver to inform your status, this will be considered as a ‘no show’. The bookings will not be refunded in the event of a ‘no show’.
3. Verification
Please, beware of illegal taxis that operate at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol who will overcharge you. Important: ask your driver for his or her business card with Taxicentrale Schiphol logo or order confirmation number (‘ritnummer’). This way, you are 100% sure you are traveling with a reliable Taxicentrale Schiphol driver.
